This means that no filings can be made after 8pm PT (11pm ET) on July 20th until SEDAR+ launches on July 25th.

When will SEDAR+ launch?
SEDAR+ will launch on July 25th, 2023.
Will SEDAR+ be closed during any regular business days?
Yes, SEDAR+ will be closed during the regular business days of July 21st, 2023 and July 24, 2023. This is known as the "cutover" period.
Can I file on the July 25th SEDAR+ launch day?
If you took advantage of the early onboarding period, then yes, you can file immediately on July 25th.
What can I do if I did not already complete the early onboarding?
If you did not submit documents to Newsfile during the spring 2023 onboarding period, you can either:
Send us an FAAF form to give us authorization to file on your behalf, assuming you have submitted your EFA and supplementary information form with someone else or,
Send us all 3 required onboarding documents (FAAF, EFA, supplementary information form) if you haven't submitted any documents yet

SEDAR+ staff will be working 24/7 for the first while to help process these documents after launch. But, we don't know how long it will take before you will be able to file.
The sooner SEDAR+ receives your documents, the faster your documents will be processed and you'll be able to file.
